Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide necessary details for a return or exchange. In the event that an incorrect item or wrong product is delivered, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return or exchange. For the return to be accepted, the item must be undamaged and free of signs of wear and tear. In order to ensure a successful return, all tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved as well. The return may not be processed if any of these items are not included. If an ordered item does not arrive in its original condition or contains missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours and they will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. Please provide them with all the necessary details, including your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. The return instructions will be sent to you once your request has been approved.
Refund Method
In the event of a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used to process the refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The Cost of Shipping
In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded unless we made a mistake. If there was an error on our part, we will gladly cover return shipping costs.
Refund Exceptions
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, such as an e-book or software, it cannot be returned or refunded. Furthermore, custom-made or personalized products are not returnable or refundable. Due to their nature, perishable goods, like food and flowers, cannot be returned or refunded. You should be aware that each of these categories has specific exceptions that will be clearly communicated to you during the purchase process.
